• The Railroadiana list is a great place for checking the authenticity of that hot item you saw for sale on    that online auction  site, as there are hundreds of subscribers, knowledgeable and happy to share information about the hobby. Plus good general conversation on the list too!
• The Railnet Railfan list (railNfan) is a great place to share train-watching opportunities, meetings, conventions and more. The Railnet Railfan mailing list has closed down June 1 2012 (started in 1996!) but we recommend taking a look at the Akron Railroad Club blog for excellent train-watching information.
